In the United States, it is easy to get online and look up churches.  In Thailand, a lot of churches don’t have websites.  Locating Thai churches outside of Bangkok or Chiang Mai can be difficult.  I hope that this post will fill the gap for English speakers who are looking to connect Thai friends with Thai churches in Thailand.

On the Thai Christian Resources website, there a really helpful section called “Data and Maps” (ข้อมูลและแผนที่).  It has a lot of statistical data but it also has easy to find maps and lists of churches by region and province. So, if you know what province you need, just pull up the provincial profile and find all the churches in a province, organized by administrative districts.

The majority of the site is in Thai so non-Thai speakers have little chance of finding it.  But if you are a foreigner looking to help Thai friends connect up with Thai churches when they go to Thailand, please point them to the following page so that they can look up churches in the area they are going to.
